Viva Medical Center – Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: April 17, 2025

Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all services and products provided by Viva Medical Center, including but not limited to:

  • Primary Care Services

  • Neurology & Neurosurgery

  • Women’s Health

  • Weight Management Programs

  • Sclerotherapy (Varicose Vein Treatment)

  • On-Site Laboratory Services

  • Any other medical or wellness services offered at our facility

Medical Services

Due to the nature of healthcare services, all payments for consultations, treatments, and procedures are non-refundable once rendered. This includes:

  • Completed medical consultations

  • Diagnostic tests and lab work

  • Therapeutic procedures

  • Any other services provided during a patient visit

Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows

To ensure optimal scheduling and resource allocation:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

  • No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.

Prepaid Packages and Programs

For services purchased as part of a package or program:

  • Prepaid packages are non-refundable once any portion of the service has been utilized.

  • If a patient chooses to discontinue a package before any services have been rendered, a refund may be considered, subject to a 10% administrative fee.

  • Packages are non-transferable and must be used within the stipulated time frame.

Product Returns

For physical products purchased from our facility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Items such as supplements, personal care products, and medical devices are non-returnable if opened or used.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Digital Products and Services

  • All sales of digital products, including downloadable materials and online consultations, are final and non-refundable.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
